the breakfast WAS very good, opened early for my convenience. Staff members, including kylah and jo, were excellent. They were very personable. The room was clean and spacious. It featured great facilities.

the hotel is somewhat dated, the decor felt a little old. I noticed some rust in the bathroom fittings.

The room's air conditioning remote was too difficult to use. It made adjusting the temperature a hassle, even though it worked well when i managed to get it going, i expected better ease of use.

The hotel staff took a big interest in my daily plans. I found Katie at reception especially helpful. Jo, Neil, Maisey and Jemma in the restaurant were also amazing.

The gym equipment looked dusty.
